Gidori is envisioned as a luxury coastal mixed-use community centred on golf and active living. Its planned programme combines 190 sea-view apartments in a landmark cantilevered beachfront residence, 200 individually designed private villas, and an 80-room boutique luxury hotel. An 18-hole championship course, supported by a clubhouse and golf academy, is intended to offer a premium experience for players of all levels. The project’s central challenge is to bring these distinct assets together across rocky uneven coastal terrain while maximising the Gulf of Aqaba views and pursuing environmentally responsible development.
